Custom App: Road Trip Planner

I’ve been driving long distances around the United States and have found that while existing tools like Google Maps or Waze are great for getting me from Point A to Point B in the most efficient manner possible, they lack some useful features that I want. Specifically, if I know I’m going to be driving all day to drive from Missoula, MT to Seattle, WA, I’d like to know about where I’ll be in X hours and where to find a meal or gas. I built this custom app to do that, and it works! Feel free to give it a spin:
